How to install
Windows
- Open Anti-Horizon-Setup.msi from your downloads.
- If Windows says it protected your PC, choose More info, then Run anyway. This shows for new apps from small developers.
- Follow the installer. Anti-Horizon then appears in your Start menu.
Mac
- Open Anti-Horizon.dmg and drag Anti-Horizon into Applications.
- The first time, right-click Anti-Horizon in Applications and choose Open, then Open again.
- If it still will not open, go to System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and choose Open Anyway.
Questions
Do I need to update the app?
No. The app loads the game from anti-horizon.com every time you open it, so you always play the newest version, just like the website.
Does it work offline?
No. Like the website, the app needs an internet connection to load the game.
Are my saves the same as in my browser?
The app keeps its own saves, separate from your browser. Sign in with the same account in both to keep your journeys and coins with you.
Why does my computer warn me about it?
Windows and macOS warn about apps that have not been through their paid signing programmes. Anti-Horizon is a free game by an independent developer, so it has not been signed yet. The app only opens anti-horizon.com in a window.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app and the game are free.
How do I uninstall it?
On Windows, open Settings, then Apps, find Anti-Horizon and choose Uninstall. On a Mac, drag Anti-Horizon from Applications to the Bin.
